I was greeted as I entered by Jack, great outfit by the way, matched the theme of the restaurant and made me feel like I entered a whole new realm. Cocktails fantastic of course, excellent energy from Jack, Tim, and customers alike. I cannot believe it took me so long to finally visit this bar as I had already heard so many wonderful things about it. I’m excited to try their food and each and every cocktail on the menu. Lovely service, decor, and it is surely an experience you’ll never forget.

The food and drinks are consistently great, but what sets this bar apart is the amazing service from Jack and the crew! By far my favorite spot in old town. Highly recommended

Had a fantastic experience at Old Hat last night! Our group of friends (a pretty big party) was seated on the third floor, and despite how busy it was, the service was flawless—all thanks to our incredible server, Irina. She was attentive, engaging, and had excellent recommendations, especially when it came to cocktails. The drink menu here is seriously impressive. Our waitress made sure our drinks and water glasses were never empty and that our food came out just right. She handled our large group with ease, making the whole experience seamless and fun. Really chill vibes.

What a very cool place to hang out. The drinks are kinda pricey but delicious. It is a great vibe and fun place to get drinks with friends. The bartender made me a custom drink that I requested taste very chocolatey and he succeeded. We will definitely be back and catch the live music.

Fantastic cocktail bar in Alexandria. It's instantly one of my favorite new bars here. Jack, the bartender and proprietor, is really nice and made us several off the menu cocktails which we loved. The homemade kimchi hotdog was unreal and the loaded fries were fantastic. You have to go here. Not only are the drinks and food top notch, the atmosphere is intimate and warm. Highly recommend for everyone.

Just a neat bar tucked away in old town Alexandria! Relaxed atmosphere, incredibly friendly staff! The food and drinks were great and the vibe was even better!

I have dined many times at this establishment and it is a memorable experience each time. I particularly enjoy the warm greeting from the owners and staff, the cozy yet elegant ambiance and the ever changing cocktail menu consisting of perfectly executed balanced cocktails. The beer and wine list is also a good choice. Food menu stand outs are the burger and avocado toast but don’t sleep on the kimchi hot dog. It’s just damn delicious.

This place is my favorite late night bar in Old Town. It’s got great service and they must take good care of staff because it seems every time I visit the same people are working. The food is unique and delicious, my fine dining friend I dragged to this “hipster bar” ordered the steak frites and he was both surprised and impressed at how good it was. Cocktails are excellent, not cheaply made and overly sweet like most bars. The beer selection has enough for everyone, but draft list is rather small. This place is a must visit bar in old town. I highly recommend it.
